VIP Club Terms and Conditions
General
1. A player is granted VIP status upon reaching a total deposit amount of 2,500 EUR/GBP (or equivalent in other currencies).
2. A player may request to transfer their VIP status from another casino. The Casino reserves the right to evaluate such requests individually and grant a corresponding VIP level at its sole discretion.
3. Please note that while moving up to a higher VIP level unlocks new benefits, the instant level-up bonus is not guaranteed for all players. Eligibility for this bonus depends on individual activity and other internal criteria.
4. For VIP Club members with the Bronze, Silver and Gold Status, the weekly withdrawal limit is 5,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies. The monthly limit is 20,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies.
For VIP Club members with the Platinum Status, the weekly withdrawal limit is 7,500 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies. The monthly limit is 30,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies.
For VIP Club members with the Black Status, the weekly withdrawal limit is 20,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies. The monthly limit is 120,000 EUR/GBP or its equivalent in other currencies.
For VIP Players with Supreme Status limits are set individually.
5. The Casino endeavours faster withdrawals for the players with the VIP Status. Withdrawal can be processed after successfully passing verification. You can find the information regarding verification in our General Terms and Conditions. However, the Casino can make withdrawals faster as far as your preferred payment method allows it. Please note that the final withdrawal processing time depends on the payment method.
6. The Casino reserves the right to expand or otherwise change the content of the Club at any time, e.g. the requirements to achieve VIP Status and the associated benefits. Information on this can be found on the Hades Bet website.
7. If you decide to close your Casino account or your account is closed by the Casino team, you will lose your VIP Status and all associated benefits.
8. The Casino reserves the right to terminate your Club membership at any time and withdraw your current VIP Status.
9. The Casino will terminate your Club membership if we determine that you violate the Club conditions, other bonus terms and conditions, or the Casino terms and conditions and/or otherwise act against the interests of the Casino. Such a violation will result in the withdrawal of your VIP Status and all associated benefits. The Casino also reserves the right to retroactively withdraw any bonuses that are already awarded and close your player account if necessary.
10. In addition, the Casino may suspend your Club membership at any time, i.e. for a period of time or until further notice, if necessary to protect our interests. During this time, your VIP Status will be revoked, and all benefits suspended.
11. Players with an active balance in the casino are required to place bets in the amount of at least 10% of the balance amount per week, otherwise any withdrawals can be suspended. The application of this clause is on the casino's side.
